Really enjoyed this read. Refreshing to see specific frameworks, recommendations and tangible steps one can take instead of generic advice.

Love this article and a pad on the back for being agile and super flexible. Giving myself grace leading social and creator marketing 😮‍💨🕯️🥹

Seemingly every time I face a real world issue, it’s being discussed in the next Link in bio newsletter. Required reading.

Love the points especially about being agile with your audience. Algorithms reflect their cultural hopes and anxieties in ways that can be hard to predict, so brands need to stop trying to trigger pull predict the new trend but stay true to their core values and create a world an audience will want to dive into

The 5×5 kill rule is the useful part for us. When an account stalls, the temptation is to floor it with one big format. Warming the feed first (sitting next to the content you want to be sorted with) is the step most owners skip because it does not look like posting. Curious whether you have seen Trial Reels change how long teams stay in that warm-up phase before they call the stall fixed.

I would also be curious how to perform the DASH framework if you're not an agency and don't have burner phones to test out the multiple personalities - any ideas?

When AI makes content infinite, volume stops being a strategy, taste becomes the bottleneck. The stall is just homogenization audiences burn out faster when everything converges.

Great overview. Social media is surely keeping us on our toes…

Super insightful. Any ideas on how to conduct the DASH analysis on our audience if the proxy phones isn't feesible for your brand?
